Jay Ligda talks with Duke Cooney about democracy and the two-party system. Duke is studying law and an environmental lobbyist. He is on year 3 of a 4-year Juris Degree program. He’s working on a certificate in trial and appellate advocacy and capital lawyering. He plans to pursue public office as an advocate for environmental and social issues. He has worked in the CA stat assembly and state senate and is currently working as environmental lobbyist.
